At Dignity Wear, we are committed to getting your order to you safely and efficiently. We currently ship across Canada and the United States.

🇨🇦 CANADA-WIDE SHIPPING

We offer shipping across Canada for a flat rate of $10 CAD.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or statutory holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package.

🇺🇸 UNITED STATES SHIPPING

We ship throughout the United States for a flat rate of $15 CAD.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside of our control.

SHIPPING COSTS AT CHECKOUT

Your shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout based on your shipping destination.

* Canada: $10 CAD
* United States: $15 CAD

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For orders shipped to the United States, additional customs duties, taxes, or other import fees may apply depending on applicable laws and regulations.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Dignity Wear is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, shipping carriers, or circumstances outside our control.

ORDER PROCESSING DELAYS

While we aim to process orders within 1–3 business days, processing may occasionally take longer during holidays, product launches, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will do our best to keep you informed.

LOST, DAMAGED OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us at Dignitywear00@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
