How will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at Dignitywear00@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached, and in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for regular returns. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at Dignitywear00@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist.

Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Items marked Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Any final-sale items will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.
When will I get my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.

Our products are thoughtfully designed for Dignity Wear and produced with our trusted manufacturing partners.
