Return Policy

At Dignity Wear, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with your purchase. We understand that shopping online can sometimes make it difficult to know exactly how an item will fit, which is why we offer returns within 14 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at Dignitywear00@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

* Your full name
* Order number
* Item(s) you would like to return
* Reason for the return

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. We will provide you with the return instructions.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

* Be returned within 14 days of delivery
* Be unworn and unused
* Be unwashed
* Have all original tags attached
* Be in its original condition
* Be in its original packaging
* Include proof of purchase

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, or used.

Dignity Wear reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

For regular returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

The original shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by Dignity Wear.

Canada Returns

Customers in Canada are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Dignity Wear.

U.S. Returns

Customers in the United States are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Dignity Wear. Any applicable customs, duties, taxes, or other fees associated with returning an order are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at Dignitywear00@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review the issue and make it right.

If the issue is confirmed to be our error, Dignity Wear will provide instructions for the return and cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

Exchanges

We accept size exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets all of our return conditions.

If you need a different size, please contact us before sending the item back.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer a refund instead.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless the original item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return requirements.

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.

Only the purchase price of the approved returned item will be refunded. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent by Dignity Wear.
